Autumn... a time of change
5th November 2012
Autumn and spring are my favourite times of the year.
Always beautiful, they completely transform our surroundings over just a few short weeks.
I'm not sure whether it's due to working so closely with trees or not, but I find that these natural changes can sometimes be a catalyst for change in our own lives and this autumn is no exception here at Trojan Tree Care.
Firstly, our website has been re-launched this week after being completely re-designed. The new look is a very clean and fresh, it’s simple to navigate and we could not be happier with the result. Any feedback on it would be gladly received in the comments section below.
Part of the new site is this blog, which I will keep updated as often as possible. It is something I have never done before, but i'm looking forward to the challenge and again welcome any feedback.
Back in September, having outgrown our previous office premises, we finally moved into our brand new and much larger office. The staff are over the moon with the lighter and more spacious working environment and we believe it will serve us well as we look to grow over the next 3-5 years.
We are also currently in the process of hiring a new admin assistant to join our team and we hope to be able to post details on the news board in the coming weeks.
Finally, it is back to the text books for me as I undertake a Level 4 Diploma in Arboriculture. The industry has moved on a lot since I did my National Diploma in Arboriculture in the late 90’s and despite keeping abreast of these developments, I want to ensure that I and we as a company stay at the forefront as we continue to grow. Just six weeks in and the work load is already immense but it’s enjoyable and will ultimately benefit not just myself but also the company and our clients too.
