General Advice

Standard tree report (Ideal for Health & Safety purposes)
This can be for a single tree or for the tree stock of an entire estate. Your tree(s) will be expertly inspected by our consultant for any visible signs of stress due to pests, disease, structural weaknesses storm damage or decay. These findings along with any recommendations and other general information about the tree such as species, height, girth, crown spread etc will be drawn up into a professional report of at least 3 pages including a site plan and cost from £47.00
Please note this survey does not comment on issues pertaining to trees in relation to buildings/foundations.



Commercial Tree Report (Ideal for Mortgage purposes or subsidence claims)
This report incorporates all aspects of the standard report but also comments on the local soil type and how this may alter the way tree roots could affect nearby buildings and their foundations. It will make recommendations for any remedial work that may be necessarry (this may mean removing the tree but more often simple tree management measures are all that is required) and in urgent cases where contracts are waiting to be exchanged, we can often have the report emailed to you within 24 hours. These reports are from £235.00



Tree report to BS 5837: Trees in relation to construction (Ideal for development projects)
This comprehensive report is ideal for development projects at all stages including planning appeals. We have found however that when this is carried out in the early stages, things run much smoother down the line with less costly hold ups from the LPA. The report will include a tree constraints plan, an Arboricultural implications assessment and recommended tree protection measures with respect to root protection areas.
